Nick Williams

Nick is a Solicitor with experience across a broad range of practice areas, with a particular focus on commercial work.

Nick acts for clients on commercial property transactions, including property sales and purchases and any related financing as well as acting for both Landlord and Tenants in Leases or other matters involving commercial lettings.

Nick also acts in the sale of businesses including companies.

In the earlier part of Nick’s career, Nick had a varied and busy litigation caseload which included property disputes, claims involving Wills and Estates with some personal injury and employment tribunal work.

Nick considers this knowledge and experience assists him in advising his clients.
