Michael Hammon is a Solicitor with wide experience and over the years he has dealt with all matters of  general practice including Criminal, Matrimonial, Litigation but in recent years has specialised in Conveyancing, Probate and Wills.  He is generally accepted as being very proficient in Conveyancing and this experience was gained in both registered and unregistered Conveyancing when as a newly qualified Solicitor, he was preparing Reports on Title for one of the leading Banks.  At one time he was giving up to ten Reports a week and this gave him lasting experience of the most complicated part of Conveyancing.  He is also experienced in Agricultural Law and has had considerable experience in high value Family Disputes.  Michael Hammon is prepared to meet Clients in their own homes and has Clients in various parts of England and Wales including London.

In 2016 Michael Hammon had a very successful year as Lord Mayor of Coventry.

Nick Williams is an experienced Commercial Solicitor.His work includes commercial property purchases, ranging from shops to large factory units.His other commercial property work includes Leases of business premises and re-mortgages.

Nick also acts in sales and purchases of businesses, and has a range of experience from small traders to Large businesses.  He is also experienced in residential conveyancing.

Nick adopts a calm and sensible approach to transactions. In addition, Nick has extensive litigation experience. In recent years this has concentrated on property disputes, business matters and issues arising from Wills and Estates.

Away from the office, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Natalie's work is largely Residential Conveyancing dealing with both Freehold and Leasehold Sales, Purchases, Mortgages and Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Lease Extensions, Right to buy and Help to Buy.

Natalie understands that moving house can be a stressful time and Natalie and her team will keep you updated with the progress of the matter throughout the transaction, working in an approachable and efficient manner. Natalie has many returning Clients and she receives great satisfaction in being reinstructed when Client's are ready to upsize or downsize. Her efficient, warm, friendly and approachable manner combine to make her popular with clients and Local Estate Agents.

Natalie also has a sympathetic approach when advising on making Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Applications for Grants of Probate and letters of Administration.

If you have difficulty in travelling to the office, Natalie is happy to arrange a home visit and provide helpful and friendly advice.

Natalie is a local girl who attended King Henry VIII School, she then studied Law at Sussex University graduating in 2005 with LLB Hons. Natalie joined Hammons Solicitors in 2008 where she commenced her Training Contract, qualifying in 2010. Since then Natalie has gained valuable experience and was appointed a Director in 2015.Natalie is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and Hammons Senior Responsible Officer for that Scheme.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys keeping fit and travelling.


Mariam Nosheen

Mariam Nosheen

Year qualified: 2020

 

Mariam graduated in September 2015 with a Bachelors degree in Law with Honours and went on to pursue her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from which she graduated in June 2016. 

For her Postgraduate Diploma Mariam studied the core practice areas of civil and criminal litigation, business law and property law and practice. Mariam also studied other practice areas such as wills and probate, family law, personal injury, clinical negligence and employment law. 

Over her years in practice Mariam has gained extensive experience in a wide range of residential property matters. Mariam predominately deals with Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase transactions, Right to Buy/ Right to Acquire purchases, Transfers of Equity, Re- mortgages, Purchases of Freehold, First Registrations, and sales of deceased estate properties. 

Mariam was admitted as a Solicitor in 2020.

Selina is an experienced family Solicitor with over 15 years experience in family law. She is a member of both the Law Society's Children Law and Family Panel and a member of Resolution and BAAF. Selina has a sensitive and conciliatory approach to Family Disputes and speaks fluent Punjabi and can understand Urdu and Hindi.

Selina has advised clients upon Family Disputes in relation to Residence, Contact, Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue, Child Abduction, Injunction, Divorce proceedings, Financial and Property Disputes within Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act applications within Divorce Proceedings and Cohabitee Disputes.

In addition, Selina has extensive experience in Care work, representing Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and extended family members, in Child Protection Conferences, Pre Proceedings and Care Proceedings, Special Guardianship and Adoption applications.
