Nick was born and bred in Coventry. He attended King Henry VIII School following which he studied and graduated from both the University of Manchester and University of Birmingham. Nick undertook his Training Contract with us and qualified in August 2001. He has pursued his career in the Law with us and is a Director of the Company and Head of the Civil Litigation and Company & Commercial departments.
Nick has extensive experience in a wide area of Litigation matters including Commercial Litigation, Debt Recovery, disputes involving property, Wills and Estates, Landlord and Tenant and Negligence. Nick has experience in both the County and High Courts, including cases of a technical and high value nature. Nick is also an experienced Personal Injury Litigator including Clinical Negligence, and is a member of APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). Nick has also conducted many cases in the Employment Tribunal and achieved positive results for both employers and employees. He is also happy to advise employers on Contracts of Employment and Personnel Procedures to ensure compliance with the Law.
Nick has since qualification also pursued a case load of non-contentious, commercial work and acts and advises Clients in Leases, Sales of Businesses, Re-Financing and Freehold Purchases.

Natalie is a local girl who attended King Henry VIII School, she then studied Law at Sussex University graduating in 2005 with LLB Hons. Natalie joined Hammons Solicitors in April 2008 after completing her Legal Practice Course in Bloomsbury, London. Natalie qualified in September 2010 and is the newest member of the Private Client Department, dealing with Wills, application for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, advising on Inheritance Tax issues, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection, and Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing. If you have difficulty in travelling to the office Natalie is happy to arrange a home visit and provide a helpful and friendly advice service.

Sophie was born in Coventry and attended both King Henry VIII and Bablake School. She gained an LLB Honours degree from De Montfort University in Leicester in 2002. Having taken a break from Law, Sophie then completed the Legal Practice Course in 2010 and is at present undertaking her Training Contract at Hammons. She is currently working in our Family Department. Sophie is married and in her spare time She teaches local children in the community to dance at a friend’s dancing school. Sophie is a former ice-skater, and represented Great Britain at international level.
